Amjad Okasha serves as Chief Government Affairs for the MENA Region at CemCore Technologies, bringing more than 30 years of experience in government relations, strategic advisory, and institutional engagement across the Middle East and North Africa.  Throughout his career, Mr. Okasha has worked extensively with senior government officials, regulatory bodies, sovereign institutions, and public-sector stakeholders, building trusted relationships that support complex, large-scale infrastructure, energy, and industrial initiatives. His deep understanding of regional governance structures, policy frameworks, and cross-border dynamics enables CemCore to navigate regulatory environments effectively while aligning with national development priorities and sustainability agendas.  In his role at CemCore Technologies, Mr. Okasha leads government engagement strategies across the MENA region, supporting market entry, public-private partnerships, and long-term collaboration with ministries and state-owned entities. He plays a key role in advancing CemCore’s mission to deploy next-generation low-carbon cement technologies in alignment with regional economic diversification and decarbonization goals.  Mr. Okasha’s leadership is defined by discretion, credibility, and a results-driven approach, making him a critical bridge between CemCore Technologies and the public institutions shaping the future of sustainable construction in the MENA region.

Al Parvar is a senior technology executive and enterprise architect with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation, advanced analytics, and technology-enabled operating models across regulated and capital-intensive industries.
He brings a rare combination of strategic vision, hands-on engineering depth, and executive leadership to high-growth organizations seeking to scale responsibly and efficiently.

As Chief Information Officer, Al is responsible for defining and executing the company’s end-to-end technology strategy, including smart manufacturing systems, renewable-energy integration, data and AI platforms, cybersecurity, and digital supply chain enablement. Majid Alasadi – As Chief Liaison Officer for the MENA region at CemCore, Majid has over 20 years of experience bridging cultures and driving strategic partnerships. He has been serving as the CEO with the private offices of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohd. bin Khaled Al-Nehayan, where he honed his expertise in cross-cultural diplomacy and business development. Majid now serves as a vital link between CemCore and the Private Offices of H.H., ensuring seamless collaboration and growth across the region.
