The SHOCK product line is a unique set of designs combining FRP shell structures with Cemcore UHPC concrete mixes to produce blast and impact-resistant panels for security and storm resistance.
End products can include panels, cast structures and concrete blocks. More advanced designs also incorporate composite elements, including continuous fibre reinforcement.
Low density concrete with high recycled content
The LITE family offers a range of lightweight concrete utilizing a range of recycled lightweight aggregates (primarily recycled waste plastics and glass) that can deliver structural panels for housing and other applications as a castable component. This product line offers concrete as light as 65 lbs/cubic foot (30 kgs/cubic foot) without the need for an autoclave. These products replace current lightweight concrete made by autoclave, but can be made by simple casting and air-cure processes with 95% recycled content.
